Rohn Ag LLC ("Rohn.ag", "we", "us") provides farm-management software to agricultural producers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@rohn.ag.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate the agronomic insights and prescriptions you request, send you service-related and account communications, and meet legal obligations. Your farm data is used to serve you and is kept isolated to your account.
When you tap Send a report in the app, we receive the message you wrote plus a small amount of technical context that helps us find the problem: which screen you were on, the season you had selected, your app version, your device type and screen size, and any error messages the app recorded in the minutes before you sent it.
We do not send a picture of your screen, your field data, your yields, your costs, or your location. We record that a request failed and which part of the app it came from — never what that request contained or returned. Reports are stored on our own servers alongside your account. We do not use a third-party error-tracking service, and report contents are never shared with anyone outside Rohn Ag LLC.
The app also records technical errors on its own, without a message from you, so we can find crashes nobody reported. Those records contain the same technical context and no farm data. You can turn this off under Settings → Something not right?; it is on when you first sign in.
We keep reports while they are open, and delete them 180 days after we close them. Automatic error records are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete a report you sent at any time: support@rohn.ag.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in, we send SMS text messages for the purposes you consented to (agronomy questions you initiate, field-data and weather alerts, and account notifications). You opt in within your authenticated Rohn.ag account by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages; consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the service (under confidentiality obligations), with providers you explicitly connect at your direction, and where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
You may access or update your account information, opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP), and request deletion of your account by contacting support@rohn.ag.
