Rohn Ag LLC ("Rohn.ag", "we", "us") provides farm-management software to agricultural producers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@rohn.ag.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate the agronomic insights and prescriptions you request, send you service-related and account communications, and meet legal obligations. Your farm data is used to serve you and is kept isolated to your account.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in, we send SMS text messages for the purposes you consented to (agronomy questions you initiate, field-data and weather alerts, and account notifications). You opt in within your authenticated Rohn.ag account by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages; consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the service (under confidentiality obligations), with providers you explicitly connect at your direction, and where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
You may access or update your account information, opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP), and request deletion of your account by contacting support@rohn.ag.
